Claude introduces memory for teams at work

Anthropic has introduced an optional “memory” feature in the Claude app that remembers team projects and preferences to reduce repetitive re‑explaining and keep complex work moving, initially rolling out to Team and Enterprise users from 10 September 2025. The company has paired the update with incognito chats that neither appear in conversation history nor save to memory, positioning the feature for privacy‑conscious workflows in professional settings. The new capability focuses on professional context: Claude can retain processes, client needs, project details, and priorities so teams realise tangible productivity gains without constantly rebuilding context across chats .
